Design execution includes the design of architectural facades, interior spaces, interior installations, and outdoor landscapes.

Our design philosophy encompasses the integration of various elements within the space, both indoor and outdoor, including their management and usage. Landscape Designer
Taichung City | More than 2 years | Associate degree or above
1. Ability to interpret and draft design and construction drawings
2. Proficiency in planning, designing, and proposing architectural landscape planting schemes
3. Scheduling project timelines and coordinating with team units
4. Integrated planning and design in architecture, landscape, and interior spaces
Decoration Assistant Designer
Taichung City | More than 2 years | Associate degree or above
1. Basic proficiency in computer-aided design software
2. Passion, interest, and dedication to spatial aesthetics
3. Fundamental knowledge of materials related to installations
4. Basic understanding of installation-related components
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills
Construction Engineer
Taichung City | More than 2 years | Associate degree or above
1. Manage and supervise the construction site conditions.
2. Communicate and coordinate with clients and contractors, as well as handle contracts.
3. Arrange subcontracting and execute related business tasks.
4. Possess the ability to control project progress, schedule, and budget planning.
Construction Assistant Engineer
Taichung City | More than 1 years | Associate degree or above
1. Assess on-site construction conditions, handle problems, and provide supervision.
2. Maintain and repair engineering and environmental equipment.
3. Have experience in residential interior renovation projects.
4. Have experience in processing cost estimation and subcontracting procedures.
Assistant Interior Designer
Taichung City | More than 1 years | Associate degree or above
-Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in computer-aided design software
2. Passion, interest, and dedication to spatial aesthetics
3. Interest in integrated planning and design for architecture, landscape, and interior spaces
-Preferred Qualifications (a plus):
1. Knowledge of landscape plant characteristics and planning capabilities
2. Experience in collaboration with architectural units on urban design reviews, building permits, and related project processes
3. Special skills: basic rendering, model making, or unique professional talents
Decoration Designer
