Front and Rear Halls Connected by a Corridor: The front and rear halls are connected by a long corridor. The front hall offers a business-friendly environment with secretary services, meeting support, and other business functions, suitable for brief meetings or social gatherings. Meanwhile, the rear hall is more home-oriented, combining leisure with meal preparation services, providing a cozy dining experience for residents or guests.

Integration of Fitness and Water Views: The fitness space is connected to an outdoor pool, creating both a visual and physical relaxation experience. The gym design cleverly utilizes reflections from the water, allowing individuals to feel a harmonious connection with nature while exercising.
