In this single-story home, the gray mosaic, paired with the subtle luster of titanium plating, creates a sense of stable and timeless beauty. The design centers on respect and care, crafting a poetic space for an elderly couple that is both functional and meaningful. Each detail, from the convenient layout of the bathing area to the appropriate height of the corridors, reflects a profound understanding and respect for life. Through the play of light and shadow, the space transcends mere shelter, becoming a continuation of existence, making every moment precious.

Gray Inlay｜Twin Parks Single-floor private apartments
I. Settled and serene gray
The gray mosaic has a cryptic and mysterious shine. A blue Tess wall cloth in combination with a deep
walnut bark creates a feeling of steady and remote space and time.
II. Living space for an old couple
This living space was arranged by a filial son and daughter-in-law for their aging parents. Besides
psychological considerations in the field of color and design, functional demands of elderly occupants
have been taken into account everywhere. The audio/video room for lung capacity training represents
a unique feature.
III. Attention to details
A seemingly perfectly normal living design conceals a range of unique details- hallway dimensions,
shoe change height, and storage cabinets with reminders before leaving the apartment.
Immaculate and orderly surfaces facilitate the cleaning process (TV storage and storage of
audio/video room equipment). The selected bed type and the bathtub entry and exit design satisfy all
safety requirements. The tea brewing area of the dining table employs a hidden design
and concealed circuits, the changing area has an open and roundabout design (ideal for helpers),
and the lighting and smart watering design to guarantee the growth of indoor pot plants, while the
key areas are well sound-insulated.
