The T-shaped model home's design showcases a seamless arrangement of the study, living room, and dining area in an open front space, separated yet connected by transparent sliding doors that capture the finest views. Flowing hallways extend the modern ambiance, rich in depth and weight, where black and white tones interweave across the setting. In this tranquil expanse, time seems to pause, allowing existence, life, and light to merge in silent poetic harmony, creating an elegant sanctuary for the soul.

The model home features a T-shaped architectural layout. The expanded front section maximizes scenic views for shared spaces, positioning the study, living room, and dining area together in the front through two transparent sliding doors. This T-shape configuration creates a corridor-style connecting space.
The atmosphere, as in the reception area, embodies a sense of thickness and weight, conveyed through a modern design language. Black and white tones are interspersed throughout, enhancing the layered spatial experience.
